On 2004-12-14, the Tuscarawas County Board of Elections conducted a recount for the presidential race. Here are some of my pictures.

Kevin, Carole and Bill "vote" the cards used to test the equipment.

After the cards are sorted by vote, pollworkers can see through the stack to check for any mis-sorts.

One precinct is counted again.

After over three hours, the hand count for one precinct was still one off from the machine count. The Board recessed and will reschedule another hand count of that precinct.
